Items for auction are two sets of printing plates used to make the Pepsi cans for the release of the Special Edition Trilogy to theaters. These were supposed to be destroyed after use, but somehow escaped death. To say these are rare would be a huge understatement, these very well may be the only ones left. I can't find any others, and I've searched worldwide for a month now. These would be that great "one of a kind" addition for any Star Wars or Pepsi collector. Included in this set are the 4 plates used to make the "Stormtrooper" Pepsi cans, and the 4 plates used to make the "Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition logo" Diet Pepsi cans. They are all numbered and dated on the edges. They are metal overlayed with glass and produced by VN Graphics Inc. on January 15th and 17th 1997. There are some small cracks in the glass on the edges of one of the Pepsi plates, but the the overall condition of the lot is excellent. I will wrap each of them in bubble wrap, and ship them with tracking and delivery confirmation for the winning bidder.
