***Star White Isis*** ~~ Phantom Hollandite Quartz ~~ ((( 30 + Fantastic Stars - Rare Red Star ))) Ansirabe " Madagascar " 1-3/8" inches tall x 7/8" x 7/8" wide 19 Grams This Fantastic star hollandite quartz crystal has over 30 stars and one of them is a rare red star. The crystal features 2 five sided Isis faces and one of them is a white phantom and the other one is clear with stacked phantoms at the termination! The crystal has two large companions with four smaller crystals lodged in between that cover three of the exterior faces. The other three faces are populated with additional phantom zones and one has the ultra rare red star! Star hollandite crystals come from the region around Ansirabe Madagascar, the only known location w they have ever been found. The crystals are mined from a sandy brittle loam and are very difficult to extract without chipping or in many cases major breakage. So a totally unbroken crystal is a rare exception to the rule and most do have chips and dings to some extent. The crystals typically have a clear quartz interior with inclusions of black star or spider like hollandite with a secondary hazy coating on the exterior which often makes it difficult to see inside.
