This is an old State Hi-Way Dept. from the 1950's or 60's. I believe it was made by either Tonka or Strutco. It's in good shape for it's age. Still retains the labeling on the side of the cab. The rubber is in good shape. The original paint is missing in some areas as shown and the trailer has a few spot welds underneath otherwise excellent. A great collectible and classic toy of that era.
