They have been sanded, smoothed and oiled to bring out their natural beauty without a glossy shine. The grain and colors really come out using this timely process, which has been done by hand. This is the most professional way to prepare the horn and it doesn't stop t The hides used to wrap the middle have been carefully chosen from the most reputable of tanners. This unique set is done in beautiful cow hide with hair and a touch of brown and black leather on each side of the cow hide to add more color to the set. The horns have been securely attached to the 7/8" Red Oak board so that t is no movement of the horns. A picture really can't do these bad boys any justice!!! We use authentic and natural material , including the horns! You don't have to worry about getting a knock-off from us!! These horns have an amazing spread of 5ft 2in (62") from tip to tip and the middle is only 24" wide. The measurement is taken in a straight line from tip-tip, not following the curve.
