"Drink Stegmaier Gold Medal Beer" is the slogan on this beer tray from Stegmaier Brewing Co., Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The factory scene has somewhat cartoon-like vehicles in it which seem to date from the 1930s. The tray was manufactured by the American Can Co., their name is listed as "Am. Can Co. N.Y. & Chgo." The tray measures 12 inches across and 1-1/4 inches deep. It's in fair condition with wear on the flat surface, mostly in the sky area. I'm not sure about the spots that obscure the "Drink Stegmaier..." slogan and elsew, they appear to be on the surface but could be etched into the finish. T is crazing throughout the surface along with scuff marks, light scratches and a dent at 10 o'clock; but the factory scene is still quite distinct. The rim has similar wear while the back shows heavier use and the remains of a label. Regarding payment: Please note that we will be charging sales tax on the purchase; the rate will be based on the location in which the winner resides. The figure will appear on your invoice.
