This is a Steiff bear from 1985. It is an international passport bear with the passport number 1483. The bear is in very good condition, the blue bow is frazzled at the end, but I don't think the bow is original to the Steiff bear. The hang tag does have a small crease through the middle of it. There is no writing in the passport, the passport does appear to be stamped. The plastic holder for the passport does have sticker residue on it.
