Sterling Model H Hand Cranked Fire Engine Siren For bid is a hand cranked fire engine siren from the late teens or early twenties. This siren was made by the Sterling company, who made sirens for American Lafrance, Seagrave and many other early fire engine makers. This siren has a new chrome grill. It works great - VERY LOUD - and has a 'thumb brake' button on the side to stop the siren at will. This siren weighs 14 pounds. I will ship this item with the grill removed to ensure it is not damaged in transit, as the main part of the siren is very heavy. Great gift for the fire enthusiast! I accept PayPal, cashiers check and personal check. If you pay by PayPal I will ship the following day. If you pay by cashiers check I will ship the day after I receive payment. If you pay by personal check I will ship on the 3rd business day after I receive you check. Many thanks!
