For auction is a Three Piece Sterling Silver Dressing Table Vanity Set . The set consists of Hair Brush, Clothes Brush and Mirror, all hallmarked .925 Sterling Silver. The date letter shows circa 1955, manufactured by the Daniel Manufacturing Company of Birmingham who were in business between 1926 and 1957. The set is in nice overall condition showing a few small dents around the edges, and as can be seen from the photographs, each item is monogramed AW. The mirror is in excellent condition, showing no signs of damage. From the crisp condition of the engraving I get the impression they have not been cleaned with an abrasive polish, I have made no attempt to clean them, prefering to leave this to a new owner. These would make a nice centre piece to any dressing table or could be added to a period collection. Recorded post and packing to mainland Britain £7.00, you are welcome to collect from Nottingham.
