Straight from an estate, set of 12 Sterling Silver goblets marked F B Rogers Sterling with the number 146 on each. Nice weight, very good and lightly used condition. Some minor marks, dings. These do not in anyway interfere with the beauty of this set. Each goblet is 6.5 inches tall, about 2.5in from base to bottom of bowl - about 4 inch bowl height. Each one holds approx. 1.25 cups of liquid. The goblets are not weighted in the base but are well balanced - not tippy when full. I do not know the ounce weight of one goblet but will try to find out and add this info. later. They come shipped to you in their own (very old) plastic case which you will most likely dispose of as the foam is crumbling with age. These would look very elegant on your holiday table and make a great gift. Added note: Each goblet weighs 3.4 oz according to the scale at our post office. The bottom of each reads: (Under a crown mark with the date 1883) F B Rogers Silve (then a space) followed by an X type shape. Under that it says: STERLING and under that - the number 146.
