STERLING SILVER PLATE Completely sealed & covered Comes in original box with certificate of authenticity~ as well as sheet for care of the Sterling. Plate size 8" Serial # 2147 Certified Nov. 1, 1972 The Hamilton Mint ~ Plate contains in excess of 9 troy ounces of .999 fine silver and was produced in a limited edition The sculpture was faithfully rendered from the painting "Le Gourmet" created in 1901 by Pablo Picasso The original work is in the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., Chester Dale Collection Sculptured by Internationally famed sculptor Alfred Brunettin First Annual Christmas Plate A simply beautiful piece of the child at the table with a bowl The sterling alone would be worth over $ 120.00 T is some tarnish on the plate, but it has never ever come out of the casing and protective covering. Blue satin lines the plate box. The blue satin on the inside cover does have some lightening to the satin due to light. (see pics.) Beige box opens easily, no rips tears etc. Wonderful rare piece~ I have only seen one other on ebay I have two other "Picasso the tradgedy" sterling plates I will be listing.
