's a Solid Sterling Silver, inlaid with 24K Gold Official University of Pittsburgh 8 inch wide Collectors Plate, set in the shrinkwrapped and never opened plush display case, as sold perhaps 30 years or so ago, for $175.00 by The Franklin Mint. (original sales brochure is pictured) This plate has around 6 Troy Ounces of Sterling Silver (meltdown value is around $80.00) and i've never seen this one before~ The winning bidder pays $7.00 more for postage and insurance and please check out my other auctions, already in progress, t is something for everybody!
