Rare STEUBEN Acid-Etched Glass Bowl, Sculptured Pattern We are pleased to offer this acid-etched art glass bowl made by Steuben of Corning, New York and decorated with grapes, leaves, and vines. This piece is blown from alabaster glass and it is shape #2687 in the Sculptured pattern. Please see page 272 of Thomas Dimitroff's book "Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass, American Classics" for a line drawing of this bowl. Signature: unsigned Age: circa 1920's Condition: Very good condition. The only damage I can find is a small chip on the edge of one of the vines which measures less than 1/8" x 1/8" (see photo #13). There are also minor scratches on the inside of the bowl. Size: 8" diameter x 4 1/8" tall This is a 10 day auction.
