Steuben art glass blue jade/flint white candlesticks Steuben light blue jade/flint white candlesticks, #2956. The candlesticks were made by Steuben Glass Works circa 1925 and measures 12 inches in height. The shape number is 2956. They have turned over edges on the tops and the bases and a rough broken pontil. The candlestick on the right has been repaired, the bottom alabaster wafer has been replaced with epoxy, the color is slightly off. The epoxy repair could be painted to match the alabaster. They are pictured in FREDICK CARDER AND HIS STEUBEN GLASS 1903 - 1933 by Rockwell on page 20 and in FREDRICK CARDER AND STEUBEN GLASS AMERICAN CLASSICS by Dimitroff on page 54. The item is in excellent shape and has no damage other than the candlestick on the right has been repaired, the bottom alabaster wafer has been replaced with epoxy, the color is slightly off.
