Vintage original New Old Stock license plate topper in the original envelope. Appears to be from about 1945 because the wrapper shows a 1945 license plate in picture. Piece measures about 5 1/4" high by about 5" wide. Made of painted steel the topper does show some paint peeling on the back edge of bracket. High bidder pays $4.50 shipping and insurance with tracking in the continental U.S. Thanks for your interest.
