The Stone Roundhouse, Boxes A & the optional B, represents the 2004 South River Model Works Production.This ultiimatee kit occupies 2 boxes (only one for shipping) Highly limited production and top of the line components are what make these kits so sought after. As the manufacturer says, " everyone from the contest winning model builder to the motivated beginner can enjoy SRM Craftsman kitsthat build into museum quality models without the painstaking and time-consuming process of modeling from scratch. For many modelers, an SRM kit has been the first serious modeling project they have embarked on. Many of our customers have won top honors at national and regional model railroading conventions using our kits." This is, if anything, an understatement. When you first open the box, you are greated by a HUGE manual with color and black and white illustrations that will take you through building construction, suggesting options to accomodate your terrain, as well as detailing, weathering, and construction of the terrain itself. Incredible detail and major castings and custom windows contribute to the exceptional build.
