Purchased from a Southern Indiana estate that was loaded with Uhl pottery. I have no idea if this is Uhl or not. Either way, it is the only stoneware mercury jug I have ever came across that still retains the original paper label. This sweet little jug is in pristine condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, etc. Has cobalt "Mercury" stencil and paper label shows "Metal Salts Corporation, Hawthorn N.J." as the manufacturer. Item measures 4 3/4" tall x 3" across base. No reserve. USA shipping set at 8.00.
