4 story Wooden Barbie Dollhouse with hand crank elevator which uses a pulley to move dolls from floor to floor. Great Condion! Perfect gift for any well deserving girl! Each floor has its own decorative design of furnishings on the walls to feel like a real home. One of the best designed doll houses that Ive ever seen. Well Enjoyed! This dollhouse is pre-owned. Additional furniture or dolls (as shown in photo) not included. It is made of pine wood and cardboard walls and floors. Well built structure. It has large wood screws which hold it together and make it very sturdy. It weighs approximately 30 lbs. It stands 51 inches tall and 31 1/2 inches wide fully assembled. I may be able to meet u in Surprise, AZ with it if you are truely interested. It is definitely worth the money. We hate to sell it but my daughters have outgrown it.
