The Stranger In Ireland; or, A Tour in The Southern and Western Parts of the Country, in the Year 1805; By John Carr Esq. Pub. by Richard Phillips, London, 1806, 1st edition, Fair Book is 530 pages, harcover without DJ, in Fair condition The book is Fair to Poor at the exterior, interior is Good - Very Good Bound in half-leather with marbled boards. The front cover is detached but present, the backstrip is attache along the rear spine joint. There is a bit of tape from a repair still attached. The prelim pages have a bit of foxing, the main text is occasionally foxed and has smudging to many of the pages. The 16 aquatints are all present. There is some foxing to the edges of the plates but it does not intrude upon the images.
