This is for a nice Stratton Bros. No. 1 level. It is 26" long, has a horizontal level vial and a vertical plumb vial. Both are in good working order and are fully adjustable. The top plate is stamped "Stratton Brothers Greenfield, Mass. Patented July 16, 1872." It also has the Eagle trademark. The level is completely brass bound. I believe the wood is solid mahogany. The wood has some tool box and normal work related dings. Stratton Brothers made some of the finest levels ever produced. is your chance to own one.
