Professional bike shop assembly is highly recommended. Warranty 90-day manufacturer defects warranty. The manufacturer will replace any parts failing during the warranty period. For shipping damages and missing items, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. No exceptions. You will be responsible for labor and shipping costs associated with warranty replacements. Contact us directly at to file a claim form with detailed information AND pictures. We will process your warranty claim within 2 business days, but not providing the necessary details requested will delay the process. All item returned without prior RMA number will be rejected.
