S � A � L � E STRONG COBB & CO • WHOLESALE DRUGGISTS • CLEVELAND JUG Strong Cobb & Co. was established in 1833; but I have no idea as to the date of the jug in the offing.� I know it has been in my family all of my 74+ years . . . It measures approximately 9 1/4 inches at its widest upper spread, is about 12 1/2 inches high; and its base is 8 1/4 inches in diameter. It may have been used to promote STRONG COBB CO in a display capacity or actually used as a medical receptacle for stock and/or delivery. I simply don’t know. It is not mint . . .� While its overall appearance is quite appealing, as evidenced the accompanying images, it does exhibit a few chips and there appears to be a crack line near the bottom circumference (it has been that way for decades). In any case, it is quite nice for displaying. I welcome an offer - preferably if it exceeds the starting bid. If� you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to enquire - I can usually respond within 14 hours. FREE PICK UP in Gobles, Michigan - midway between Kalamazoo and Lake Michigan . . . not too far from the intersection of M 40 and M 43. I can have UPS pack and ship the jug at buyer's expense, but it is costly. I also have another jug on eBay now . . . under LITTLE BROWN JUG No. 2
