This studio pottery owl by Alasdair Dunn measures 11.5 cm ( 4 ½ inches) in height. It is in great all round condition but I did find a little pinhead sized nick on one of its feathery tufts to one side of his chest. I discovered it more by touch than sight when I was running my hands over it. It is extremely difficult to see and you have to pick the owl up and look closely in a good light to see it. The nick is shown in one of the photographs above with an arrow to pinpoint it. Apart from this, there are no other chips, cracks or damage and is a great example of its kind. The owl still has the original paper label on its back and is also signed on the base which is also shown in the pictures. Second class postage within the UK by will be £3.30. Shipping to Europe by airmail will be £7.40. Airmail small packet to the rest of the world, except for Australasia, will be £10.95 whilst to Australia it will be £11.55.
