This is the Captain Cardboard X-wing kit. The photos show the model built up and painted, so don't get confused-- this is the unassembled kit. The finished model is nearly 22 inches long (from engine exhaust to tip of nose). All parts are very clean and any experienced builder can assemble this into a really remarkable model. Without spending about a million dollars when George Lucas decides to sell off one of his, this is about the only way to get a model that matches the size and details of the original Star Wars X-wing filming models! All of the detail parts used on the original models were tracked down and used to make the masters of this model! This really is as good as it gets! For those of you who follow these things, this kit is not a recast. I am the original manufacturer. Also please note the cockpit tub did not make it into the photos, but is included in the kit.
