********* In this auction is offered beautiful vintage Stanley Bailey no.5 jack plane . This is popular type 13, manufactured in "Sweetheart" era (1925-28) Golden years of Stanley tool production . T is one patent"APR-19-10"and "Sweetheart" iron. Plane is 14" long and has 2 " wide cutter. This plane is as close to mint as you can find, I don't think was really used , just played some - condition. One of nicest models I came across. Beautifully looking rosewood handles with original finish, casting perfect , original black japanning finish shiny . Cutter is full length and does have "SW" shaped Stanley trademark. Plane has no damage, it was safely stored so t in no rust .You can't find nicer example. This tool was made very well - and to last . If you looking for quality bench plane or just nice Christmas present you don't have to look anymore. Please see pictures for details.
