Sunfish Sailboat - Stainless Steel Ship Model - Wall Hanging - 12" x 15" The Sunfish sailboat is the most popular one-design sailing dinghy in the world. The Sunfish is used as a day sailor or a racing boat, with over 1000 racing events every year worldwide. It was constructed using the actual sail plan of this boat. It is made out of stainless steel, and was cut out using a laser. It is approximately 15 inches high by 12 inches wide. There is a bracket on the back so it can hang on the wall. It would make a great trophy. Possibly you could paint it, but I haven't tried that yet. I have been making wire sailboat models for over 30 years as mobiles on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, but now I'm cutting them out of stainless steel with a laser. It will come with a signature card, and it is an individually made work of art. I am on assignment in Hong Kong for the next few months. It will be sent by First Class Airmail from Hong Kong in a protective bubble pack envelope (See Photo) . Usually this takes about two weeks, but please allow extra time for it to arrive.
