1970s PLATINUM PENPlatinum made quite a few models of short pens in the 1970s and this is one of my favorites with the large external nib. Most can with inlaid nibs and this pen also has a much thicker section for better grip. As you know this is one of those pocket pens that are short when capped (5") and long when posted (5-3/4" long) that were so common in Japan during the 1970s. Although t is no sticker (they all didn't have them) this appears to be a new pen with only slight handling marks from capping and posting. The clip is clean with no dings as it the section and barrel. A NEW pen and good looking one at that. The nib is a 18K Yellow Gold - FINE, that is a pretty smooth writer.
