Hi to all you aficionados of the 70s sublime, and here for yourappraisal and admiration is a beautiful and seldom seen Ingersoll pocket watch, which was made in the UK in 1970. I have completely stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, oiled and meticulously re-assembled the watch and fitted a new crystal. It has a lovely white face with green flourescent marker dots, complimented by black numbers and steel blued hands with matching green flourescent infill, all complete with no rust, or corrosion. The back, body and bezel are in lovely condition and the crown and loop show little wear. She winds and runs very well as you would expect, with that reassuring tick tock of glorious days gone by, keeping very good time. To sum up, a completely beautiful watch which is matched in rarity by it's beauty. You see them for sale on E-Bay, but never restored to this standard.
