Laramiproduced this blaster in 1997. It’s thegenuine article and not a fake after- market gun. Besides the packaging, the main way you can tell this is that it has the filler cap at the back of the reservoir. The fakes don’t have the filler cap. This is an old school CPS (constant pressure system) blaster. By that I mean that the blaster is impressive in size and performance when compared to today’s super soakers and water guns. The gun is over 26 inches long. The blaster has never been played with or even displayed. This is extremely rare for these blasters. As of this writing there has not been a new in factory sealed box 1500 up for sale in the last three months. I was able to “air test” this gun. Pumping it will produce air pressure that is released when the trigger is pulled. I figure if it can pump and hold air (air test) it will do just fine with water. If the buyer wants the gun to be tested with water, it will have to be removed from its packaging. Please see my “seller guarantee” in the details section below. The winning bidder should request testing before paying for the blaster. The packaging has very little shelf wear. The worst is a small tear/bruise in the top/front/middle edge. Judge for yourself using all of the supplied pictures. Please note that any bright spots on the pictures are caused by camera flash and are not actually on the item/package.
