Samuel Henry Baker oil " Derwent water " - NO RESERVE !!!! Combined shipping is always available on all our ebay listings Wonderfull early Victorian oil on canvas painting which depicts a distant view of DERWENT WATER (Lake district, England) which appears unsigned (it is meant to be signed somewhere - see auctioneers catalogue listing but we, so far havent been able to find it!) but which is by the well known Victorian landscape painter SAMUEL HENRY BAKER (1824-1909). The painting is sold in a superb original, ornate, original, gilt plaster frame. MEASUREMENTS - The painting measures 15 x 21 inches with the overall framed size being 24 x 29 inches. CONDITION - Superb Fine and clean, without any problems at all apart from an old small repair which has been well done and is very very hard to see- v v minor. POSTAGE - Fully insured airmail within most of the EU is $50, the rest of the world is only $75, within the UK is $25. NO RESERVE !!!! PLEASE NOTE - Our postal insurance covers ONLY the painting and NOT the frame.
