This amazing, sturdy djembe drum was hand carved in Java from Suar wood, which is indigenous to Indonesia and comes from a sustainable forest. Suar is well-known for its resonant, hard-wearing properties, which makes it absolutely perfect for percussion instruments. It features an enchanting traditional design and is sure to enliven any drum circle or jam session! Painted in the traditional dot style of painting. The djembe is 40cm tall. Genuine goat skin !
