Superman #70 (DC, 1951) VG+ Annie Oakley cover andstory. Wayne Boring cover and art. Wayne Boring is, to some, the definitive Superman artist, discharging yeoman duties on The Man of Tomorrow from the late 1940s into the early 1960s. This cover is even more gorgeous than usual, with color galore in a book that appears to have just emerged from a time capsule Editor: Mort Weisinger Cover Penciller: Wayne Boring Cover Inker: Stan Kaye Stories: Superman : "Lois Lane Meets Annie Oakley" Superman : "The Life of Superman" Superman : "The Pied Piper Prankster" The comic book is in Very Good+ Condition. Interior pages are light tan. The book has some slight chipping at the edges of the front cover. Everything is firmly attached. Clean, complete, no torn or missing pages and no writing on the inside pages. There are no panels or coupons cut out. Check out the photo of the actual Comic.
