I am the first owner of this gem and it has been in a smoke free home as well as bagged & boarded. Had it in a file cabinet in the house all these years and just got it signed by Dan Jurgens at Mega-con 2014. I do have a photo of him signing the comic but I took that photo with my phone and because it is not large enough eBay site will not let the photo enter with other ones I have on there so if you would like to see it then email me and I will email that photo back to you and yes that signature is real and no I do not have any paper that says it was certified by him and I say that because I was asked by some one. Not all artist certify their signatures and if they did they would charge you more and I would have to charge that as well. If you want a certified signature then you would have to take the comic with a CGC witness to the artist and pay their amount to do a CGC - S.S. and not know if the grade will be what you know it is and of course they would take the comic out of the bag and that to me is destroying it all together but then that is just me and my opinion, If you have any questions please email me, thank you and have a nice day.
