You are bidding on a Rare combination of an original Surefire light and Safariland holster for a 1911. The Surefire is the 610R model with a 6V incandescent bulb but it also comes with a 3V bulb to allow you to convert to a shorter overall length. This includes all mounting hardware to attach to a non-railed 1911. The light has seen some use and the tape switch cord coating is worn at places but the light functions perfectly and is activated by either the sliding switch on the side or by pressure on the tape switch (as seen in photo #3). Also included is a absolutely new Safariland holster for the 1911/610R combination. Note that this is one of the original style Safariland holsters w the straps are secured to the holster by screws allowing you to use it with the shroud attached or without (the shroud is removed in the first pic). This allows for mounting the holster higher to the belt line for a more fluid draw. Collectors take note- This holster/light combo was used in Iraq by elite operators of JSOC including TF20/121 CAG (Combat Applications Group)/ SFOD-D (Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta) as well as Marine Force Recon personnel to complement their FSBE kit.
