It includes 2 spare surefire batteries, as well as batteries in the light.Description from the Surefire Website. This kit contains everything needed to get a Picatinny rail-equipped long gun up and running with a quick-attach/detach mid- to long-range white light illumination tool. Included filters allow you to convert white light output to infrared, red, or blue light. Included diffuser provides a “softer" more even beam, without a brighter central area, for close range or interior applications. Included cover provides dust mud, and impact protection for the WeaponLight window, as well as preventing the accidental escape of light during stealth approach or operations. Flip-up feature on filters/diffuser/covers allows you to instantly revert to full white light output. Nylon fabric carrying case keeps it all together in one place, with room to stuff in additional batteries or lamps.
