The palette is predominated by blues and oranges. The image is a seascape off the coast of Santorini, Greece, caught in the early morning pinkish light. A craggy island silhouette is visible on the horizon, near the rising sun. A handful of clouds interplay with the sun's rays. The palette is largely placid blue with pinks and oranges. A lone seagull glides over the calm ocean waters fairly close to the water and close to the viewer.
