This is an original painting by Susan Rios. It was purchased just over thirty years ago at the Balboa Bay Club. I have contacted the artist and it was one of her first originals, done before she named her paintings and before she used her full first name to sign the art. It is signed S. Rios, which is the way she started. This piece is 40"x40". It has been in our family since it was purchased originally. I have now priced below what it was purchased for originally. This is an original piece of Art. Please make us an offer as this will be our last attempt to sell it on this venue.
