Beautiful Swarovski Crystal PUFFINS Retired 2009 . . . SWAN LOGO Located on Bottom of Base LARGE, SUPER NICE FIGURINE WITH ORIGINAL BOX AND SWAROVSKI CERTIFICATE Puffins are referred to as Sea Parrots because they spend most of their lives at sea. They symbolize togetherness and familiarity. If you have been fortunate enough to see them (as I have) you will be amazed by how well this figurine reflects their natural characteristics:) Two multi-faceted Puffins, perched on a frosted "rock-shaped" base (SWAN logo on bottom of base)Their bodies are spectacular clear, crystal accentuated with jet black (see pictures)Part of the Feathered Friends Theme Group collection in the Swarovski Silver Crystal Line. VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: There is a very MINOR flaw in this figurine, please look at the picture with "ARROWS" that is just the puffin body - there is a miniscule chip - like a pencil point - it was recently pointed out to me and it must have been a manufacturing flaw that went unnoticed - with that in mind, the price of this figurine is priced substantially below what it would normally sell for - IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS - - - They have striking beaks with red/orange/yellow tones (as they do in nature) and black eyes - please see picturesWonderful details on their feet and the "rock-shaped" base - truly a masterpiece!
