This sweet old GINNY Doll was obtained recently at an estate sale. She is being sold as found, so I have no clue whether any of her clothing is original to her. Not being a doll expert, I'll try to describe her the best I can... She looks like she has the painted eyelashes and brows, which have faded to a light, almost faint yellowish-gold color. The back is marked: VOGUE DOLL . Her eyes are a beautiful deep brown. When found, her eyes were partially closed (I took a photo...), but I moved them to the open position, and now they are staying open and won't close when she lies down. She has nice red lips; all of her fingers, and a strung, straight leg body. I would say that her left arm is a bit loose. Ginny's hair is a shiny "light brown-strawberry blonde" color with bangs and a long flip in the back. Her beautiful wig is in excellent condition and, although not attached to her head, it is currently held on with a rubber band around her neck, as found. It looks as if hair, or a wig, was, at one time glued to this doll's head. (I am not sure, but I believe that the wig she is wearing is a replacement, ... the hair is attached, with black stitches, to a brownish net-material cap and t is no glue residue).
