Swiss Ladies’ Key Wound Continental “Fine Silver” Fob / Pocket Watch The sturdy case is marked for continental “Fine” grade silver The bow is free from obvious wear The case has very little surface wear with the engraving still sharp on the attractively finished rear coverThere is a vacant cartouche surrounded by a wreath of foliage The decoration is carried onto the whole body of the watch All closures are secure and all hinges are in good order The crystal is of glass and is in excellent condition with no chips or major scratches The dial is of white enamel with clear Roman numerals; there is a circular coloured pattern around the centre Unfortunately there are a few fine cracks in the enamel as shown in the photographs The hands are of black steel The movement is a typical 10 jewelled Geneva style model with a cylinder escapement It is in good working condition with a lively action The total weight of the watch is about 37 grams and the diameter is about 37mm A key is supplied
