This is a good example of a Swiss Bayonet Pioneer Model 1911 which was designed to be used with the Schmidt-Rubin Rifle and Carbine. It is mounted with a sawback blade that measures 18 7/8 inches in length which remains in good condition with good markings and just some light surface blemishes. The hilt remains nice reflecting only minor wear. The metal scabbard is lightly scuffed but does remain in good serviceable condition as well. Overall the Bayonet measures 24 inches in length.
