TRESSEMANN & VOGT LIMOGES FRANCE 100 year old 6 PIECE SET BERRY BOWLS These 19th Century Limoges Depose bowls are exquisite. They are from my 92 year old Aunt's estate. The bowls are fine hand painted and decorated French Porcelain dating back to 1892 - 1907 . T is a different fruit featured on each bowl. I can identify strawberries, gooseberries, raspberries, but am not totally sure of the names of the other 3. The bowls are 5 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches deep. They were very well taken care of with cloth dividers between each dish to prevent any scratching. The edges are the same as when they were painted with no cracks or chips.T are also no cracks or chips in the bowls themselves. The gilding on the edges seems to be much as it was originally too without showing much if any wear. Each one is a work of art with nuances of color and detail. T is NO crazing in the glaze finish and no scratching that I see. These are a real treasure find. I have described them with words but even the photos don't do them justice.
