This is a part body kit of The Talyllyn Railway's Tom Rolt by Meridian Models. The kit as supplied does not come with a cab roof therefor I have fabricated my own to fit. The kit has been built up to a good standard so far and is now awaiting a chassis prior to being completed.All parts that originally came with the kit are present, including the additional roof and nickel silver pony truck. The white metal body has been cleaned and prepared for painting.I would recommend that the buyer uses either a N drive long wheelbase, a Bachman 0-4-0 switcher or a cut down Flieshmann chassis.I am selling this because I now model the Talyllyn during the 1954-1968 period and the locomotive Tom Rolt was built in 1991.
