This jersey was worn by Evan Longoria on Saturday March 23, 2013 during Spring Training in The Charlotte Sports Park, Port Charlotte, Florida. The Rays were playing the Minnesota Twins, the final score was 6-4, Minnesota. At the top of the 4th inning, Brian Dozier hit a sharp grounder to Longoria at 3rd base. Longoria drove for it to his right and knocked it down. He then made a hurried throw to first, allowing Dozier first base. His diving attempt soiled his otherwise clean Jersey. We participated in a charity raffle after the game and won the Jersey. We thought we would ultimately frame it, but are downsizing instead and will sell the jersey.
