Tang or Song Dynasty Antique Chinese Footed Low Bowl or Tea Bowl . From a local estate of Chinese antiques (it was purchased from a local antique shop many years ago). This is probably a Tea Bowl, it is about the size that would have been used at that time. Off White ground with thin glaze that has a faint crackle or craze. Exact age unknown but I suspect it is Tang Dynasty ( 618 to 906 AD) or Song / Sung Dynasty (960-1276 AD).Approx. 6.05" wide x 1.8" tall.8.45 ounces Very Good Condition, with wear & various glaze firing irregularities (see pictures 4-7).
