This is a Taylor Cutlery, Elk Horn Lock Back knife made in 1980. The knife is 3 1/4" closed. The scales are polished Stag, the knife came to us in a large buy out we just completed. We never , well almost never, call a knife Mint unless we have the box. This unfortunately has no box so we are just going to Say in Caps, NEW KNIFE. Some scratches do appear on the bolsters, we call them whisper marks from sliding around a display case. That's it, done. The blade is completely mark free, both tangs are marked. The front is marked, Elk Horn over Surgical- 1980. The back tang is marked, in a semi-circle, Taylor Cutlery over Japan. This knife will go directly into a display case or should you choose will make a very impressive Sundays go to meeting knife, Done. The scales are a polished Stag and are as stated no marks what so ever. The Bolsters and 2 recessed pins at the rear of the Stag on each side are Nickel Silver.The knife liners are Brass. We have no box, if we did this knife could go on the shelf and be sold as New, done. All E-Bay rules apply and your local laws. Shipping will be $6.00 and that will "Include Insurance and a tracking Number". No sense in getting lost after this long in this condition. Be safe and good luck bidding
