Like new, I've tried this out at home, decided to go another route with a different processor but missed the 30 day return limit to return it. The protective film over the screen has not been removed. The guitar/headphone cable that is pictured is NOT included. The usb cable and everything else is included. I did the firmware update which is available on the "voice support 2" program. You can also add a bunch of cool presets via voice support, (even though it has more than 200 presets loaded). The manual which comes with the unit is just a quick start basic use manual so I copied the entire 180 page reference manual in color and put it in a 3 ring binder. I also purchased the switch 6 that cost $75; included with the sale. Fast, free shipping!
