Art Deco Original Candy Dish Circa 1940-50's This Tea Set is most likely British as it has a second, smaller pot used for hot water to dilute the tea in the larger pot.The tea is typically made very strong so they add hot water to it to dilute it. Item Details: Large Pot is 8" high by 9" w at handle Larger Pots have plastic weave wrapped around handles for safely picking up if hot - wrapping is intact on both pieces Triple oval design on all pieces - email me for closeup picture of design The look is Deco but excellent condition makesme think it is not from 1930's however it is very old Stainless steel is my best guess - not silver but silver-toned All 4 pieces are in excellent condition ______________________________________________________________________________ Feel free to email us if you have any questions.
