- Telecaster style guitar project body and neck- Up for grabs we have a 'Telecaster' style body and neck to build a great guitar.I have had this for a while now and my intention was to build my own 'Tele' but I years later this sadly has not happened. The body is in great condition with only a few dents but does contain some swirl marks and more visible swirling on the back from a belt. This can be 'wet n dried' out using a fine grade and the buffed back in, a simple refinishing exercise to get her looking great. The body has a nice burst and also has a deep quilted top on it which really pops out in a guitar collection and has a cream binding to also give a great look. The body is rather heavy and weighs quite a lot but the exact kg I do not know, I also do not know the wood type either other than its heavy.The Neck has a vintage fatness to it and also has a nice 'C shape' in your hands. It has the vintage yellow appearance to it and matches the body nicely. It does contain one dent to the headstock which also is a straight forward touch up job and doesn't effect the neck. Frets are good and the back has a nice skunk stripe to fit in. A decal has been applied to the headstock, this can be removed and is no way a licensed neck from the company shown.The guitar will come with string ferrules, tuning keys, string tree, strap pins, read more
