Your chance to buy an outstanding copy of an early pressing (A1/B2 matrix) of Television's iconic first LP "Marquee Moon". This is an Elektra 'butterfly label' copy (K52046, released 1977). It is in great condition with some minimal hairline surface marks, none of which sound. It has the following matrix numbers: Side 1: K-52046-A-1 Side 2: K-52046-B-2 VINYL : The vinyl looks great and has retained its original high sheen. Visual inspection under bright light shows only minimal hairline marks. It has obviously been well cared for. The vinyl continues to communicate the vibrancy and urgency of the album as freshly as on its day of release. There are very few pops and no crackle, even between tracks. It really is a pleasure to listen to, even through headphones. I have no hestitation in grading the vinyl as Excellent (Ex) . LABELS: The labels are near perfect with no damage, writing or stickers. SLEEVE: The sleeve is in near perfect condition. The high sheen surface design means that there has been hardly any deterioration in the cover. There is some minor shelf wear along the bottom edge, but hardly any opening wear. The spine remains firm and square. Overall the cover is in Excellent (Ex) condition.
