Husband is gonefishin' and wife is cleaning out the closets, the basement and the garage!!! This item up for auction is part of an assortment of very nice items I am liquidating. Some are very old, vintage items and some are new in box. Items are sold "AS IS". I provide many pictures to show details. Insurance is optional but recomended for fragile items. T is a small handling charge include in all listings for packing materials. I pack all items carefully. I prefer Pay Pal, but will also accept Money Order or Cashiers Check. This item as pictured is an Art of CHOKIN porcelain collectors plate with wood easel stand. This plate measures 4" in diameter. It has a 24kt gold edge. The picture is of 2 dolphins jumping with sailboats in the background, and palm branches in the foreground. It has a beautiful purple marbled border between the gold borders. Chokin is the ancient art of metal engravings from Japan and are gilded with gold and silver, the engravings were originally created to decorate the armament of the Samurai warriors. This plate has the original price sticker still on it of $10.95.
